Aerial maneuvers at FDM

The Emergency Management Office, in conjunction with U.S Naval Forces Marianas, is informing the public that the U.S. military will be conducting aerial maneuver exercises on the island of Farallon De Mendenilla.

The schedule dates and time are as follow:

Sept. 5–9: From 9am to 1:30pm
Sept. 11–15: From 12 noon to 11:59pm
Sept. 16–20: From 12 noon to 11:59pm
Sept. 21–23: From 12 noon To 11:59pm

The general location of this activity will be on the island of Farallon De Mendenilla training area from 15, 000 feet mean sea level on a 10 nautical mile radius on all quadrants.

Due to the danger imposed by this activity, EMO is advising the public—especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators—to take precautionary measures around this area during the time and dates indicated.
