Man arrested for alleged rape of his co-employee

Police have arrested a Tinian resident for allegedly raping his co-worker at least 20 times.

Based on a news report aired yesterday over KMCV News, police arrested Ryan Dela Cruz Thursday pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the Superior Court.

Dela Cruz allegedly began sexually molesting the woman since 2004. The Attorney General’s Office has yet to file criminal information against Dela Cruz.

Police brought Dela Cruz to the Superior Court for a bail hearing following his arrest. The defendant has reportedly posted a property bond for his temporarily release. (John Ravelo)
