Customer loyalty workshop today
The Northern Marianas College-Small Business Development Center will offer its final workshop in the four-part Customer Loyalty Series today, Sept. 20, at 6pm, in the Small Business Development Center training room.
This workshop will share how your organization can transform itself into a customer-focused organization by holding brief, weekly training sessions that encourage everyone’s participation. These sessions provide an opportunity for all the staff to share their ideas for improving not only aspects related to customer service, but many other topics that will improve productivity and reduce expenses.
According to the presenter, Rik Villegas, “Some of the best ideas can come from individuals in an organization that are closest to the day-to-day activities. They know first-hand the problems and complaints of customers, and can see solutions to those problems. The workshops offer a forum for sharing ideas and continually improving the business. As the business improves, the level of service and customer satisfaction increases.”
Attendees will participate in an actual session so they can learn how to conduct a training workshop in their own business. One of the results from the workshops will be to develop policies and procedures for holding such meetings.
To register for the workshop, call the NMC Small Business Development Center at 235-1551. There is a nominal registration fee of $10 per person to cover expenses. Enrollment is limited, so call soon to ensure a seat. (PR)
