Expect delays during Navy’s exercise

SANTA RITA, Guam—The Navy’s Annual Regional Force Protection Exercise is underway and ends on Sept. 30 with drills on Naval Base Guam and the surrounding military community.

During the exercises, several emergency vehicles will be utilized. The public should not be alarmed by the sirens and presence of military personnel on base and in the surrounding areas.

All incoming traffic to Naval Base Guam will be routed through the back gate from 8am on Sept. 29 to 4pm on Sept. 30. All commercial traffic will be required to use Gate 2 located on NFCU Road. All exiting traffic can continue to use the Main Gate and Back Gate. (PR)
