Live fire training at FDM

The Emergency Management Office, in conjunction with U.S Naval Forces Marianas, would like to inform the general public that the U.S. military would be conducting live fire and aerial survey exercise on the island of Farallon De Mendenilla.
The schedule dates and time are as follow:

Oct. 6–7
from 9am to 2:30pm
Live fire

Oct. 11–13
from 8am to 7pm
Live fire

Environmental Survey
Cancelled

Oct. 17–20
from 8am to 3am
Live fire

Oct. 21–23
from 8am to 3am
Live fire

Oct. 24
from 7am to 4pm
Aerial survey

The general location of this activity will be on the island of Farallon De Mendenilla Training Area from 15, 000 feet mean sea level on a 10 nautical mile radius on all quadrants.

Due to the danger imposed by this activity, EMO is advising the general public—especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators—to take precautionary measures around this area during the time and dates indicated.
