A man yesterday sued two persons over injuries he sustained in a road accident more than two years ago.

David Clyde Diaz seeks unspecified monetary damages against Qing Song Wu and Bo Jin.

In a civil action at the Superior Court, Diaz said Qing, who was driving Bo’s vehicle, struck him on the inner southbound lane on the road by the Blanket House in Chalan Piao on Oct. 28, 2003.

Diaz’s attorney, A. Alexander Gorman, accused the defendants of negligence related to the accident.

Gorman said Diaz incurred medical expenses to treat his injuries. Additionally, the attorney said Diaz suffered inconvenience, loss of enjoyment of life, as well as mental and emotional distress, due to the physical injuries.

Gorman asked the court to compel the defendants to pay damages to Diaz in an amount to be established during trial. (John Ravelo)
