Monday was Halloween and the islands’ spooks, monsters, ghouls, and fanged creatures came out of the woodwork in droves to celebrate Hallow’s Eve. The trick-or-treating was not limited to the kids, though, as the young-at-heart also seized the chance to dress up in their scariest costumes.
