Female ex-convict hunted for ‘ice’ trafficking
Detectives are hunting down a female ex-convict who was allegedly engaged in trafficking methamphetamine or “ice” on Saipan.
Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Bureau chief Maj. Edward H. Manalili said the police are asking help from the public in locating 33-year-old Remmy Leon Guerrero Noble.
Manalili said Superior Court Associate Judge David Wiseman issued on Wednesday an arrest warrant for Noble on charges of trafficking a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
The CIB chief described the defendant as 5’2” tall, approximately 145 lbs, and has brown eyes and black hair.
“If anyone has information on Noble please call 664-9001 or 9042, or the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 234-7272,” Manalili said.
A few years ago, Noble was convicted in federal court and subsequently sentenced on “ice” charges.
Meanwhile, the major also announced yesterday that the DPS Bureau of Motor Vehicles wants to inform the public that license plates are already available for issuance.
“Those who were issued temporary license plates are urged to come in and get their license plates,” said Manalili, who is also the acting DPS spokesman.
