HANMI golf tourney early bird fee expires today

The deadline for the $125 early registration fee for the Hotel Association of the Northern Mariana Islands 5th Annual Charity Classic Golf Tournament is today, March 24. Starting tomorrow, registration fee for the HANMI-organized event spikes up to $150.
In related news, HANMI yesterday announced the prize list for its golf tournament set for April 1, 2006 at Laolao Bay Golf Resort.
The hole-in-one prizes include $25,000 from Bank of Hawaii, a 2006 Hyundai Accent from Triple J Motors, $20,000 from Shell Marianas, two roundtrip airline tickets on Northwest Airlines to the U.S. mainland, a Yamaha ATV from Joeten Motors, a Club Cart from Pacific Sports, a roundtrip ticket on Continental Airlines to Manila, and a 2006 Honda Civic from Joeten Motors.

HANMI hosts this event each year to help promote the hospitality industry. In past years, the funds raised have been used for a variety of charitable purposes and activities of the non-profit organization throughout the year.
Founded 20 years ago, HANMI is a forum for executives in the hotel industry and allied members. (PR)
