In its continued pursuit of dental hygiene and awareness among children in the CNMI, the Seventh Day Adventist Dental Clinic will conduct a seminar tonight on baby bottle decay—tooth decay manifesting itself among bottle-fed babies.

SDA dental hygienist Lori Demaine said the event would be held at 5:30pm at the SDA Clinic in Quartermaster Road.

“In an effort to decrease the incidence of baby bottle decay on Saipan, the Seventh-Day Adventist Dental Clinic is happy to present an evening full of fun and information for soon-to-be parents and parents of toddlers,” Demaine said.

She said that the clinic, which has been active in disseminating information on healthy dental practice, would be providing information on how to take care of the mouths of newborns. Refreshments will be available for the participants.

Demaine said they will also be handing out of prizes.
