In reference to the story “Local Power Plant 4 runs out of fuel,” if CUC cannot afford to even buy fuel, how are they going to repay a $40 million loan? I cannot believe that any rational person would even propose such an idiotic loan. Oh, I forgot and used the word “rational.”
