Beginning this month, PTI disconnection notices will no longer be sent via U.S. mail. This change is due in part to the nature of mail delivery in the CNMI. Since customers may not pick up the notices before the disconnection date, service is suspended if payment is not made by the disconnection date.

The disconnection date this month is Nov. 21. All payments must be received and posted by this date. Notification of the disconnection date will now be made in the local newspapers for three days prior to disconnection. The ads will be in the classified section of the Saipan Tribune and Marianas Variety. In addition, the disconnection date is now printed on each bill.
