The Bureau of Environmental Health office inadvertently assigned and submitted incorrect rating of “C” for Ebisuya Bakery (Susupe) on your Nov. 23 newspaper publication.
On Oct. 31 bureau inspectors conducted follow-up inspection and Bureau of Environmental Health records indicated that Ebisuyo Bakery was given “B” rating. Thus, this is to request for a retraction and addendum from Saipan Tribune to accurately reflect “B” assigned on the latest BEH inspection.
