Over 300 youths flocked to the Hyatt Regency in Tumon, Guam last weekend for the 18th Annual Youth For Youth Conference on Guam to tackle the everyday challenges faced by young adults. Among the participants who learned about the dangers of drugs and the importance of living a healthy lifestyle was a 33-member delegation from Saipan.

While the CNMI’s representatives from Teen Talk were busy learning about their responsibilities as young adults during the day, the students were able to call home to Saipan in the evenings thanks to a donation from PTI.

PTI continued its support of area youth by sending each of the students off to Guam with a free long distance calling card so they could stay in touch with their friends and families on Saipan, and relay the lessons learned from the Youth For Youth LIVE Organization. (PTI)
