GuamCell/SaipanCell Communications has appointed Jay Shedd as its new president/chief executive officer.

As president/CEO, Shedd will assume GuamCell/SaipanCell Communications’ helm during an exciting phase in the company’s growth. He will be leading the charge in products and technologies that will benefit both businesses and consumers.

Jay Shedd is not a new face at GuamCell/SaipanCell. He came on board the company in 1994 as general manager, later rising to the position of senior vice president. Shedd left GuamCell/SaipanCell in 2003 to explore new opportunities in the U.S. mainland. During his nine-year tenure with GuamCell/SaipanCell, he led the company to become the island’s leading wireless communications provider.

GuamCell/SaipanCell is very excited to have Jay Shedd back on board as president/CEO. With his expertise in telecommunications and established leadership, there is no doubt that he will continue to guide GuamCell/SaipanCell in its position as the leader in wireless communications. He is an excellent choice in pioneering new horizons in telecommunications and keeping GuamCell/SaipanCell as the clear choice for residents and visitors alike. (PR)
