Annual Sports Banquet date moved
The 2015 Northern Marianas Sports Association-Tan Holdings annual Sports Banquet will be moved from Feb. 24 to Feb. 26 also at the Kanoa Resort’s Seaside Hall.
Tan Holdings president Jerry Tan would like to apologize for the change since he won’t be available on Feb. 24. The time remains at 6pm.
Tan, who’s been hosting the banquet for 10 years now, said he wants to be very much part of the annual event.
NMSA is urging all member sports associations and federations to have their respective athletes of the months—January to December 2014—to be present as well as four of their representatives.
Individuals or businesses that continue to support NMSA through the years could also attend the event.
Each member federation should also inform NMSA president Michael White or secretary Rose Igitol of the names of two of their biggest sponsors so two slots could be reserved for them.
