Desperation is a sign of fear
I ask you this question, why are you still here? Didn’t the National Labor Review Board, a federal agency deny or reject your frivolous labor complaint? What did you do or say to garner those 6,000 signatures? Did you promise your fellow nonresident guest workers “GREEN CARDS”? If so, under whose authority? Wendy Doromal or Allen Stayman? I ask you these questions because you seem to be really optimistic and determined as if you have some kind of connection with Immigration Naturalization Services.
Your desperation is a sign of FEAR Mr. Custodio. Did Wendy Doromal promise you some sort of immunity or a bonus package for garnering 6,000 signatures or more? I hope not, for you are just wasting your time.
Since when does the Immigration Naturalization Services hand out “GREEN CARDS” simply because of the many contributions you contributed? Or that you have a U.S.-born child? Or participated in a Unity March, or lit 6,000 candle Vigils? I have never heard of such ignorance and desperation, but I can’t blame you for this type of movement is an everyday event back home.
On the signature petitions, did you happen to have them signed in both print and signatures, including telephone numbers, birth dates, and any other important and vital information? If so, good, it will make the federal government’s job a lot easier to locate all of you especially if you are here illegally, just make sure that everyone that signed your petition has their documents in order and are legitimate when the feds start their transition otherwise you, DEKADA, Unity Coalition, and every foreign organization involved including Rep. Tina Sablan, Heinz Hofschneider, Edward Salas, and Victor Hocog whom you loudly commended for their efforts have a lot of answering to do from innocent nonresident guest workers.
Remember you stated that Mrs. Doromal, would carry the petition containing the 6,000 or more signatures to all the different federal agencies. I will reiterate Mr. Custodio, its not “GREEN CARDS” that the feds will be handing out, it will be H1 and H2 visas and you do have to apply for it and if you qualify you will be given one, but it will be not valid for 10 years or more. In your case, I believe you will be automatically disqualified and sent home him immediately for the NLRB already denied your case and its on record with the federal labor agency.
All of you are correct when you say that you have been abused on U.S. soil, but you forgot to mention that it was foreigners abusing you on U.S. soil. We will never be a minority in our homeland.
The lawmakers you are now leaning to for support are only in due to self-interest such as the garnering of additional votes for there constituents can no longer TRUST or have confidence in them to deliver what is right for their constituents. The issue of permanent residency in our homeland is a critical and sensitive matter best left alone to be decided by my people Mr. Custodio.
Prepare yourself and make sure you check in, but that will not be necessary for the feds already have a record on you. Good luck on your quest and may the FEDS reign on you.
