Munson remanded the 45-year-old Chinese national to the custody of the U.S. Marshal.

On Feb. 5, 2008, the defendant also allegedly distributed .96 grams of “ice” within 1,000 feet of San Antonio Elementary School.

A Drug Enforcement Administration special agent stated in his report that Chen was arrested after he sold $500 worth of 1.5 grams of “ice” to an undercover agent in front of San Antonio Elementary School.
