Clarification

I wish to apologize to William I. Macaranas for seeming to imply, at the forum Thursday evening, that I had no respect for the land of the Chamorros and Carolinians. That is not what I intended. I was trying to answer the concern expressed, just before, that too much traffic in the proposed monument area might adversely affect them by observing that the available land did not seem large enough for such things as major tourism development.
