Teens share new school year plans
First day of school is just around the corner, and its time to get organized by planning ahead of time.
While most are concentrating on forthcoming school activities and clubs, there are also many students who have part-time jobs, are aiming for straight “A” grades, and are involved in community services and events.
Students share with Youngstyle their plans for the incoming school year.

“I have many plans for this school year as I want to stay in NMC for only two years. During the summer I have applied for scholarships, and now the CNMI scholarship, SHEFA, and AmeriCorp have accepted me.
“In the time being, I hope to get approval from other scholarships, which is Pell, and the Businesswoman of the Year scholarship.
“I also applied for the work-study program offered by the college, and am planning to continue working at National Office Supply and remain a full-time student.
“After this semester, I will get myself a brand new laptop from the savings I have made from school and working.”
