Proud of the CNMI
I was excited to see our islands talked about on CNN yesterday. I may not be Chamorro, but I was born here, I am an American citizen, and these islands are my home. It made me so proud to see them talking about our islands, my home, on TV.

As a student my number one reason to support the monument should be all the education benefits, but I am actually more concerned with improving our economy. The many letters in the paper say that many jobs will be created. So many people are leaving here because there are no jobs.
I hope that our leaders change their minds and choose to support the monument.
