Meeting for class action lawsuit
There will be a meeting for those who submitted a copy of their unpaid administrative orders this Sept. 13, 2008, 6pm at the Amphitheater of the American Memorial Park. Lawyer Robert Myers Jr. is expected to be there to discuss the details of the planned class action lawsuit to pursue collection from the bonding companies.

If you have not submitted and you want to be part of this class action, you may also attend the meeting. Please bring a copy of your administrative order, which should be issued within six years to Sept. 30, 2008.
