Tokai Walker, a biweekly publication that features lifestyle and travel, has recently been on Saipan to do a feature article for an upcoming issue. In publication for 10 years now, they enjoy a circulation of 130,000 copies each issue. The magazine is printed biweekly. The primary readers are housewives and office ladies.

While here, they visited various tourist attractions such as the Grotto, Managaha Island, the Garapan tourist area and also built in some time for optional tours such as spa and shopping on Saipan. The estimated in-kind ad value from this is $36,000.

“We continue to utilize our strong media relationships in Japan and our other source markets in an effort to receive editorial coverage,” said MVA managing director Perry Tenorio. “As the outbound travel market becomes even more sought after, we will work hard to continue to promote the CNMI through all means that we can.” (MVA)
