Breast cancer awareness month proclamation signing
Saipan Mayor Juan B. Tudela will sign a mayoral proclamation today, Oct. 17, to designate Oct. 19 to Nov. 16, 2008, as Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Saipan. This is a collaborative effort of the U.S. Conference of Mayors and the Mayor of Saipan.

All cancer survivors and their families are invited to attend the proclamation signing ceremony.
