Going green with Tan Holdings and Joeten
Tan Holdings Corp. has partnered with Joeten Corp for its 3R reusable shopping bag campaign during a signing ceremony held last weekend at the Azucena Room of the Fiesta Report and Spa Saipan.
The campaign encourages Tan Holdings employees to use reusable bags instead of plastic bags. A specially-designed reusable canvas 3R tote bag will be distributed to all Tan Holdings employees and each time they use the bag to buy anything at any Joeten supermarket for a minimum amount of $5, they will get a raffle coupon.
In March next year, the tickets will be raffled and prizes will include a roundtrip ticket to Manila, a roundtrip ticket to Guam, and an overnight stay for two at Fiesta Resort and Spa Saipan.
Saturday’s launching, which also saw the debut of the campaign’s 3R mascot, was attended by Tan Holdings executives and employees, representatives of Joeten and the Division of Environmental Quality.
