Where is Saipan?
As a retired U.S. Navy veteran I am very concerned about the upcoming federal takeover of immigration on Saipan. I have recently been in contact with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service and Tricare (military healthcare) to make important changes to my accounts. These federal agencies do not recognize Saipan’s zip code in their online databases. My concern is, if they do not know where Saipan is, how many of the mainland federal lawmakers also do not know where Saipan is?
