Live-fire training on Farallon

The U.S. military is currently conducting live-fire training on the island of Farallon de Mendenilla until Dec. 19, 2008, from 9am to 9pm, on the island’s training area on a 10 nautical radius on all quadrants. The Emergency Management Office is advising the public—especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators—to stay away from this area during the time and dates indicated.
