The Philippine Consulate General in the CNMI asks for the community’s help in finding seven Filipino workers who have lost contact with their families back home.

Rey Madrilejos, assistance to nationals officer at the Philippine Consulate General, yesterday said the families of these seven individuals have asked the Philippine government for help in finding these workers in the CNMI.

“One of them, Mr. Felipe E. Olimpo, has been on that list for four to five years. Others were added to the list last year. We ask the public to contact us if they know the whereabouts of these Filipino nationals or if they know anything about them that will help us get in touch with them,” Madrilejos said.

He added that these persons do not have criminal cases but their families have not heard from them for a long time. To help the families, the Philippine government has started posting their names for the public to see.

Besides Felipe E. Olimpo, the others on the list are: Josefina San Nicolas, Margarita E. Seracarpio, Lamberto Nacilla, Wilfredo Ricohermoso, Johnny Rebamba, and Anthony Balicanta.

These individuals are asked to immediately contact or report to the Philippine Consulate General on the fifth floor of the Marianas Business Plaza (formerly Nauru Building) in Susupe.

Those with information about the persons on the list are asked to contact Rey Madrilejos at the Philippine Consulate General in the CNMI at tel. 234 1850/51 or fax. 234 1849.
