Rabauliman leads batters in Junior League
Henry Rabauliman Jr. of the Patriots currently averages .571 in his at bats to lead the batting category in the Junior Division of the 2009 Saipan Little League Baseball.
As of March 1, Rabauliman hit 8-for-14 at bat to join five other teammates in the list of the Top 13 batting leaders based on eight or more at bats.
The other Patriots in the list are Alan Aguon (.538, 7-for-13), Christian Mizer (.500, 6- for-12), Jeremy Rabauliman (.467, 7-for-15), Brian Camacho (.429, 6-for-14) and Jared Sablan (.364, 4-for-11).
The Patriots are currently at 5-1, counting their 11-8 triumph over the Red Sox last Saturday.
Lamarc Iguel of Ol’Aces was tied with Aguon at second with .538 (7-for-13).
Leroy Regis of Kagman Lion Heart also has .500 (5-of-10) batting average, while Clayton Aguon of the Red Sox hit .417 (5-for-12), Poland Masaharu of the Fielders has a .400 (4-for-10) clip, Gregorio Iskawa of Lion Heart is at .333 (3-for-9), Aldebert Lizama Jr. of the Red Sox is at .308 (4-for-13), and Anthony Flores of Ol’Aces is norming .273 (3-for-11).
Mizer and Sablan had the most runs with 10 each. Mizer is also tied with Regis with most doubles with three apiece.
Jeremy Rabauliman has the most triples with two. He also tied Iguel and Richard Borja Jr., also of the Patriots, in most homeruns with one each.
Iguel has the most RBIs with eight.
Sablan is the current leader in pitching with his 0.00 ERA after a no-error performance on the mound in eight innings.
Frankie Camacho has 1.40 ERA, with one error in five innings. Jeremy Rabauliman is third with his 1.75 (1-of-4).
Rounding out the lists are Clayton Aguon (2.00), Jake Santos of Ol’Aces (2.80), Brian Camacho (3.23), Lizama (4.08), Patrick Tenorio of the Fielders (4.85), Ricky Riungel of D-9ers (5.25), and Ricardo Dela Cruz of Lion Heart (5.25).
Lizama is leading in strikeouts with 13, Camacho has 12, Jeremy Rabuliman has nine, while Sablan, Tenorio, and Santos knocked down eight each.
