Joseph Flores was recently appointed general manager of G4S Security Services’ G4S Cash Solutions Guam and the CNMI, formerly Armored Express.

G4S acquired the contracts and assets of Armored Express in November 2008.

Flores has been employed with G4S for over 12 years having worked in all business lines. He brings with him a great deal of security and service experience which has recently been enhanced through extended training in G4S Hong Kong and Malaysia cash businesses.

Flores initial focus will be on business development and broadening the company’s range of service offerings hand in hand with facility and vehicle upgrades.

“I believe that we have now created a structure and the leadership that will enable G4S Cash Solutions to develop its service offerings in line with our customers strategies and vision, Flores will be instrumental in driving technology and premise upgrades as well as fleet investment,” said G4S Marianas general manager Phil Law.

G4S Cash Solutions is full service cash in transit company. G4S Security Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Group4Securicor, the largest employer listed on the U.K. and Danish stock exchange with over 600,000 staff in 110 countries worldwide.
