Re: Greg Cruz’s queries on CIP funds
May I inform my friend chief tano (Goru Bila) that the last time I checked, Gov. Benigno R. Fitial is my boss. I don’t recall ever being appointed by chief tano and even if he generously makes an offer as a de facto titular head, I refuse to deal with dysfunctional people. Eh, “no good rookin’ bradda!”
You claim DPL gave you the runaround in your search for documents. Let’s get this issue straight: You came thinking that you would secure documents for free! When you saw the pile of folders where you will be assessed 50 cents per page, you brought your digital camera and put on a great act of a grand and seasoned researcher. Well, good acting, sir, for we also had the laugh of our lifetime.
I know what’s in the Open Government Act where there are exceptions, chief tano. Furthermore, I also know now that anyone who wishes documents from the DPL must pay in advance for all pages, including time of staff dedicated to compile and make photocopies of documents. Clear, sir? Eh, da kine hardworking taxpayers paid for our paper supplies and staff salaries too! You workin’ my man? You payin’ da kine taxes too?
I also know the obvious position you have taken against the lawsuit on federalization. The law aims to get rid of foreign workers, completely, Taotao Tano’s agenda that shields your alleged bigotry. Remember the roadside demonstration you held against the Dekada group? Don’t you think they too deserve to advance their cause as taxpayers? Eh, they pay da dine tax; you don’t! Am I making sense, chief tano? Mañgge amigo sensian mauleg na Kilisyano yan yinease? Have a nice day! Si Iku.
