NMC 2009 Graduation Candidates meeting [/B]
Spring 2009 Graduation Candidates of the Northern Marianas College are invited to attend the Graduation Committee Meeting scheduled for May 2, 2009 (Saturday), at the Student Support Services (SSS) office located in Building J on the NMC campus at 2pm.
The meeting will feature updates on the 2009 Graduation Commencement, Charter Day Planning, and Mass/Banquet Planning. Deadline today for NMC Charter Day vendors [/B]
The Northern Marianas College Charter Day Committee is inviting different agencies, businesses, clubs, and other civic organizations to participate in the upcoming Charter Day celebration. Organizations may purchase booth space for the following categories: food/drink, specialty drinks (e.g. coffee coolers or pearl shakes), games booths, and retail (arts and crafts, toys, etc). The deadline to submit applications for booth spaces has been extended to today, May 1, 2009.
The Charter Day Celebration will be held on May 8, 2009, at the As Terlaje Campus from 4pm to 11pm. The event is one of NMC’s largest and most-attended events. This year, the celebration will showcase a broad range of entertainment, including a variety of live band performances, cultural dance presentations, and highly anticipated competitions, such as Marianas Idol, CNMI’s Best Dance Crew, and the Battle of the Bands.

Eucon to hold art exhibit by non-Art students[/B]
Eucon International School and College will hold its first art exhibit by non-Art students. Opening ceremony and ribbon cutting will be on Monday, May 4, 6:30pm and will run up to Saturday, May 9. Puengin Inetnon resumes next Friday[/B]
Puengin Inetnon will resume again starting on Friday, May 8, at 4:30pm-10pm at the Kagman Community Center Parking Lot. Puengin Inetnon is Kagman’s Friday Night Market for food, drinks, snacks, clothing, arts and crafts. It will be held every government payday Friday. The Kagman Komunidat Association is looking for vendors to sell produce and fish due to popular demand by customers. Other vendors are also invited. The Kagman Saturday Flea Market will resume again starting on Saturday, May 9 at 8am at the Kagman Community Center Parking Lot. It will be held every government payday Saturday. Individuals can sell their used items for only $5 and will be provided with a tent and table. Come and sell your used item at the fastest growing village in the Marianas.
