Joeten Kagman grand opening today
The who’s-who of government and local business are expected in this morning’s much awaited grand opening of Joeten Kagman.
According to the J.C. Tenorio Enterprises, Inc. corporate special project manager, Bo Palacios, no less than Gov. Benigno R. Fitial will be making remarks at the event.
Also invited are members of the Legislature and community leaders like Jesse Torres of the Kagman Kommunidot Association, Father Manny Corcuera of the Sta. Soledad Parish, and members of the Farmers Association.
Palacios said Joeten has also invited principals of Kagman public schools to attend as well as officials from the Laolao Bay Golf Resort. He added that the entire Kagman community is also invited to the grand opening, which starts at 10am today.
Joeten’s Norman Tenorio will be giving the official message from the company’s board of directors. Palacios added that Joeten will also use the grand opening as the occasion to launch the company’s Ecobags, which is Joeten’s major initiative to go green.
Joeten spent $1 million for the construction of the 5,000-square foot grocery, which actually soft-opened in December last year. (Saipan Tribune)
