A teenager who allegedly molested a girl in Kagman was arrested early Tuesday morning.

Joshua Deleon Guerrero, 18, was taken to the Superior Court Wednesday afternoon for sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree. Bail was set at $25,000 property bond.

In his report, detective Jonathan SN. Decena stated that he and detective Peter Camacho responded to Kagman on Tuesday at 2:43am, after receiving a report about a disturbing the peace incident.

As they entered the house, Decena said a man was yelling that he was going to kill someone for touching his daughter.

The father stated that his daughter woke him up and disclosed that Deleon Guerrero had touched her private parts.

The detectives learned that between 2007 and 2008, the suspect also sexually molested the girl while she was attending a rosary with her family.

Assistant public defender Richard Miller is counsel for Deleon Guerrero.
