The ISTS Driver Training Academy is temporarily suspending its operations while owner/operator Richard Puhalla undergoes quadruple bypass surgery.
The ISTS Driver Training Academy is temporarily suspending its operations while owner/operator Richard Puhalla undergoes quadruple bypass surgery.
Puhalla will return to Saipan from Manila this weekend to meet with his students.
He hopes to resume the program in three to four weeks.
