UFO caging meeting tomorrow

The United Filipino Organization Basketball League has scheduled a meeting tomorrow at 6pm at the Civic Center Filcom Pavilion in Susupe.

The final acceptance of teams and preparations for the opening ceremony will be discussed at meeting. Organizers will also decide the criteria for the Best Muse and Best Uniform awards. Payment of entry fees, submission of team rosters, and waiver forms are also due that day. The UFO Inter-Organization Basketball Friendship League has three three more slots available, as only defending champion Mafea, Visminda, Cabalen, SIP, Bayani, MDX Amateur Radio Club, and Northern Marianas Bartenders Association have committed to join the competition.

The 2001 season of the UFO caging is scheduled to kick off at 2pm on July 10 at the TSL Sports Complex in Gualo Rai. Games will be played every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, starting at 6pm.
