Fiesta hosts 5-on-5 beach soccer

Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan will be holding the 2nd Annual Fiesta Beach Soccer 5-on-5 Tournament on Aug. 6.

Fiesta sports and recreation manager and tournament coordinator Lucio Aldan said they are hoping to have at least 10 teams for the one-day competition. Registration is from 7am to 8am and teams will be given one hour to warm up. Games will begin at 10am. Entrance fee is only $30 per team.

The winning team will receive $500, while the runner-up will take home $300. Tournament rules will be decided on the day of the competition and only players in the 18 and over age group will be allowed to participate.
