NMC Hospitality Management students visit LSG Sky Chefs
Students from the Northern Marianas College’s Introduction to Food & Beverage Management course recently visited the LSG Sky Chefs Airport Road facility on a class field trip to experience one of the Commonwealth’s premier food service operations.
Students from the Northern Marianas College’s Introduction to Food & Beverage Management course recently visited the LSG Sky Chefs Airport Road facility on a class field trip to experience one of the Commonwealth’s premier food service operations.
LSG’s Chef George Santos personally led the students on a tour of the facility’s food preparation, food storage, receiving, and dishwashing areas.
According to NMC business instructor Larry Lee, “this type of hands-on experience really broadens our students’ perspectives, especially as they learned so much about an international food service company with extremely high professional standards.”[I] (NMC)[/I]
