Air Force training on FDM
The U.S. Air Force will conduct training on the island of Farallon de Medinilla on Nov. 21-22, from 8am to 7pm.
SANTA RITA, Guam—The U.S. Air Force will conduct training on the island of Farallon de Medinilla on Nov. 21-22, from 8am to 7pm.
The public—especially fishermen, commercial pilots and marine tour operators—are advised to stay clear from the area during the times and dates indicated.
The general location of the training on the island of Farallon de Medinilla training area will be on a 10-nautical mile radius on all quadrants. Farallon de Medinilla plays a special and unique role in national defense because its air and sea space provides sufficient room for the many different attack profiles necessary to replicate training opportunities.[I] (USN)[/I]
