Where is tourism master plan?
Is the “tourism master plan” document on MVA’s website? How can we have access to a copy of this material? Is this one of those common practice of “the cart before the bull” done deal, and the general public is completely out of the loop on this? Why is the managing director of MVA saying very little about this document? Or is this one of those OJT for him as if the CNMI owes him a favor? At least, publish some bullet points as a starter so we could assess whether this master plan is worth the paper it is written on and something of interest for all to celebrate for. I just hope that this is not a boilerplate of some destination area that is hijacked by professionals in the field. We would not know what this master plan is all about until the major stakeholders have a chance to examine it with a fine-toothed comb.
