Borja leads ribbon cutting for new Tinian DPS building

Acting governor Francisco M. Borja delivered the opening remarks in the ribbon cutting ceremony of the newly renovated Tinian DPS building last Wednesday.

Borja extended a sincere appreciation to Gov. Ralph DLG Torres and Lt. Gov. Victor Hocog as well as CIP administrator Virginia Villagomez and her team and other stakeholders on the success of the project.
