BREAKING NEWS: 4 hurt as scaffold at IPI construction site collapses

At least four workers were injured and taken to the Commonwealth Health Center when a scaffold at the Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC’s casino-resort project in Garapan collapsed this morning, Friday, Saipan Tribune learned.
