BREAKING NEWS: Man attempts to jump off building
A man was apprehended after he attempted to jump off a three-story building in Chalan Kanoa yesterday.
He was identified at the scene as Jordan Tudela. Witnesses at the scene said he is a former Department of Corrections officer. A reader insists he is not a former DOC officer but a former inmate. Department of Public Safety officers at the scene declined to clarify this with the Saipan Tribune.
After over three hours of negotiation, Tudela was convinced by Department of Public Safety officers and family member to back away from the edge of the building in CK.
It is being alleged that Tudela sexually assaulted one of his daughters.
