BREAKING NEWS: IPI given 30 days to pay back wages or else assets will be sold

U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona Mangloña has ordered Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC to satisfy the remainder of the consent judgement with the U.S. Department of Labor by March 1 or she will appoint a receiver to gather and liquidate IPI’s assets to satisfy the judgment.
