Fight for landowners of public lands

Dear Precinct 5 representatives: Now that the final selection of the winning bidder for the public land beach property located in San Antonio, Saipan, namely Lot 004 I 40, will be decided by Gov. Eloy Inos, we, the residents of Kagman III and Kagman IV, are asking you to lobby with the governor for the “public contribution” of the winning investor to get the “best and final offer” to the NMDs for the financing of the asphalt paving of all unpaved roads in Kagman III and Kagman IV Subdivisions, to be shared equally among the winning bidders, to include the Marpi beachfront properties.

Do not forget that all public lands are collectively owned by the people of Northern Marianas descent, not the CNMI government. So please fight for the landowners, the NMDs, and not for local leaders’ friends and business associates.

Thank you for your grave concern for the Kagman III and Kagman IV NMD residents.
