Rivera was a bank employee at Coast 360 Federal Credit Union and misapplied funds from a customer account in the amount of $11,891. The defendant had paid full restitution in advance of her sentencing.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigations and was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Frederick A. Black. [I](USAO)[/I]
