Cable cut at Twin’s Market now repaired

Share

On Monday, Sept. 28, 2015, at around 11am, a contractor performing work for Twin’s Market in Navy Hill cut the IT&E underground cable. This affected landline and DSL services in the nearby and surrounding areas, particularly behind Twin’s Market, in Lower Navy Hill.

IT&E crews working at the site were able to complete the repair work and restore all affected services that same day at about 8:40pm.

Again, IT&E would like to remind all companies, government agencies, and residential customers to kindly request for a cable location 24 hours prior to any excavation work by calling 611. IT&E can assist by sending a team to identify the cable location. (IT&E)
