CDA seeks buyers for its Oleai building
The Commonwealth Development Authority will seek the interest of those willing to purchase their office location in Oleai.
The CDA board of directors approved a move to solicit proposals for the CDA building at their meeting on Tuesday.
Board member Tom Glenn Quitugua said they are trying to determine the “best asking price” of the building and that they were “not necessarily going to take action on the RFP.”
Ignacio Kiyoshi Jr. called this looking for the “best asking price.”
“One of the reasons we were doing this is there are some interested individuals and companies that wanted to buy this property,” explained board chair Diego Songao.
By voting in favor of the RFPs, the board authorized the appraisal of the property.
The final motion was stated: “that the property owned by CDA be out for [request for proposals] and also to have evaluation and appraisal of this building as there are some interested in this building here.”
The board voted unanimously.
