CLARIFICATION
In the story about Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC assuring the payment of the $18.6 million license and regulatory fees that was published last Monday, Su Hongtao was referred as an investor and among IPI officials who had a meeting with Commonwealth Casino Commission board chairman Edward C. Deleon Guerrero and others last June 2. Su clarified that he is an investor on development projects on Saipan that are unrelated to IPI. He said he is a friend of the IPI owner and accompanied her to the CCC meeting.
