Cook continues as interim president/CEO

BankGuam Holding Company (BKGMF) and Bank of Guam at its Dec. 26, 2018 board meeting appointed Joaquin P.L.G. Cook to serve as the company’s and the bank’s interim president and chief executive officer effective Jan. 1, 2019. Cook was previously appointed interim president and chief executive officer of the company and bank from May 2018 to November 2018. The board, at the same meeting, tasked a Transition Committee to commence the process of searching for a new president and chief executive officer. (PR)
